In an aim to provide a better and more stable domain registration service, we are switching to a new domain registrar with high-quality standards and better support. 

To complete the transition we will be transferring all domains registered throw Softwex to our new provider during this year, In order to make this as smooth as possible we will change all Administrative contacts of all domains to Softwex own address, which will be returned back to the original address after the transfer has been complete.

This post serves as a notice regarding the price increase that Softwex plans to put into effect immediately, starting today. This increase is caused by the continuing fluctuations  is currency exchange rates which has been very damaging to our business.

Rest assured, however, that we have found a way to reduce that price increase to the littlest amount possible in these circumstances. Our full automated systems have allowed us to adjust the rise so that you, Softwex's loyal consumer, shall not bear the brunt of the increase which is still the lowest prices you can get in Sudan.

Domain registrations are now SDG 199.99 while domain transfers cost SDG 149.99 for our customers in Sudan.

Smartphones has become an essential part of our modern life, fast response requires that we're pluged in at all times. Today we will walk you through how to setup your email on GMAIL mobile app.

1.  Open GMAIL app and create a new account
2. Select "other" from the previewed menu
3. Add your email address and select "MANUAL SETUP"
4. Select "Personal (IMAP)"
5. Enter your password
6. For incoming server settings make sure that the username is your full email address, your server is "mail.domain-name.com", and your security type is "SSL/TLS (accept all certificates).
7. For outgoing server settings make sure that the username is your full email address, your server is "mail.domain-name.com", and your security type is "SSL/TLS (accept all certificates).
8. the application now tries to connect to your server to validate your choosen settings
9. Select your account options as preferred.
10.  Your Account is activated!

كنا نخطط ومنذ فترة لإطلاق النسخة العربية لخدمة الاستضافة وحجز نطاقات الإنترنت المقدمة عبر موقعنا وذلك للوصول لقاعدة أوسع من المستخدمين داخل وخارج السودان. اليوم وبحمد الله قد حققنا هذا الهدف.

أصبح الآن كل الموقع متوفر باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية واللتين يمكن الاختيار بينهما عن طريق القائمة الموجودة في ذيل جميع صفحات الموقع. كما يمكن للمستخدمين المسجلين تغيير واجهة الاستخدام بصورة دائمة من صفحة "تغيير المعلومات الشخصية".

نتمنى أن تسهم هذه الخطوة في وصول الخدمة لقطاع أوسع من الناس والمساهمة في زيادة ثقافتهم فيما يتعلق بإنشاء مواقعهم على الإنترنت وحجز النطاقات.
